Return/Exchange Policy

Items are accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase with receipt.  They must be in the original package and should not show any signs of wear.  An un-worn item may be exchanged for the same item.  Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original sale.

Items on Clearance are a FINAL sale.  There are no refunds or exchanges.

Types of Payments Accepted

Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit transactions are accepted. 

 We now use Telecheck.

The TeleCheck Electronic Check Acceptance® (ECA®) service converts a paper check into an electronic item at the point of sale. The ECA service allows retailers to accept checks as quickly, safely and easily as they accept credit cards. Think of it as a check without the paper.

Special/Rush Orders

At DANI Dancewear, we strive to keep the store well stocked.  However, there are times when something you're looking for is not in the store and must be ordered.  If an item(s) is not in stock, we can order it for you.  All orders must be paid for in ADVANCE before the order is placed.

Please allow 5 - 7 BUSINESS days for any item ordered to arrive in the store. 

If an ordered item is needed before 5 business days, an express shipping fee of $35 - $70 will be added to the order (see breakdown below). 

Express shipping fees MUST be paid before the order is placed. 

DANI Dancewear cannot guarantee that your dancewear items will be available in the time requested.  Shipping delays are beyond our control especially during holidays. 

If an ordered item(s) is on backorder or discontinued, DANI Dancewear will notify you ASAP and will issue a full refund.

If items have been ordered and the customer cancels the order, DANI Dancewear may issue a partial refund.  Please note, if an express shipping fee was paid with the order and you cancel the order AFTER the order has been placed, the express shipping fee CANNOT be refunded.

Express Shipping Fees:

• Order total less than $100 needed within 3 - 4 business days - $35
• Order total less than $100 needed within 1 - 2 business days - $50
• Order total more than $100 needed within 3 - 4 business days - $55
• Order total more than $100 needed within 1 - 2 business days - $70

Tax-exempt Numbers

We accept valid tax-exempt numbers from non-profit organizations such as churches.  However, we can only accept tax-exempt numbers from Maryland organizations.
